我使用Virtual PC 2004，工作的挺好呀。
大体过程如下：
1) 启动VirPC控制台, 选中要使用的虚拟PC，然后将其串行口选为命名管道类型，并取名为：
\\.\pipe\com_1
2) 用如下命令行启动windbg: windbg -k ''com:port=\\.\pipe\com_1,pipe''
2) 启用虚拟PC的调试选项，即修改它的BOOT.INI，加上/debugport=com1 /baudrate=115200
