!heap -s遇到下面的提示，各位老大能否帮分析下是什么原因？

程序跑在win2012 64bit上，这个程序也是64bit的。我抓到dump之后在本地的32bitwin7上用windbg打开分析的，看提示就是各种信息都不可用啊，不知道怎么继续了，btw：我打开了gflags的+ust

先确认符号路径是否设置好了，如果没有问题，看一下windbg的版本号，如果很旧，换个新版本

果然，确实是windbg版本的问题，换了另一个版本就好了
