IA-32手册打印版本再次接受免费订阅

曾经一度，英特尔CPU的开发手册（386及以前叫PROGRAMMER'S REFERENCE MANUAL，后来叫IA-32 INTEL ARCHITECTURE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER'S MANUAL，简称IA-32手册）打印版本是可以免费获取的。但是这个宝贵而又免费的午餐在两三年前停止了。

最近，不知道确切日期，我意外的发现，英特尔又开始提供订阅最新版本的IA-32手册了。惊喜之余，赶紧填写提交。过了几天，还真收到了， Fedex过来的，四卷本，打印和装订质量俱佳！

在纸张日益珍贵和书价不断上涨的今天，不知这个免费午餐能持续多久。

果如预料，现在只剩以下优化手册一本了。其它的已经被订完了。已经订但动作慢的朋友可能也只能拿到一部分了。

目前只剩下一本优化手册了，不过也很珍贵呀！

才寄来的那套是 2008 September 版的
至今还没看出和上一版有什么区别
快递公司由联邦快递变成了UPS
不知道Intel会不会受金融危机影响暂缓手册邮寄服务

我在去年7月份收到了。不过我另一朋友申请，但是没有回应。快递是UPS，印刷和装帧都不错，就是有一点点味道。
